Dear Forge Family,
By now, most of you have heard the news of my resignation as President of VFMAC. This has been the most difficult decision I’ve ever had to make…and I’ve had to make some pretty tough decisions in my day. Since my arrival last April, I’ve had a philosophical disagreement with our Board Chairman and I’ve come to realize that a bridge between our perspectives was not reachable.
Please know that I have always loved this school deeply; I love it more today than I loved it yesterday; and I will continue to love it until I draw my final breath. I will continue to be the biggest, most vocal cheerleader our school will ever have and I continue to believe that we are a #SchoolOnTheRise! Valley Forge is bigger than any one person and I know that I will enjoy returning to campus for decades to come.
I ask all of you, especially my Brother and Sister Alumni, to continue to support our beloved Alma Mater with your time, talent, and treasure. We – as a #VFMAC Family – need that support now more than ever!
For me and Grace, this year has been truly magical. We’ve never worked harder in our lives, but the rewards have far and away been worth every minute. Thank you for all that each of you has done in making it so. We cherish the bonds you’ve all allowed us to create with you and your families.
Courage, Honor, Conquer!
